Overview
Into the Abyss is a Legendary Void Auto Rifle reintroduced in Destiny 2, originating from the reprised Crota's End raid. It is notable for its solid performance in PvE activities, particularly due to its perk pool and Void elemental synergy.

- Demolitionist: Kills with this weapon generate grenade energy. Activating your grenade ability reloads this weapon from reserves.
- Stats for All: Hitting three separate targets grants a moderate bonus to range, stability, handling, and reload speed for a moderate duration.
- Fourth Column Perks:

Into the Abyss is a reward from encounters within the Crota's End raid. It can drop from specific encounter completions. Additionally, once acquired, it may be possible to focus it at the raid vendor using Spoils of Conquest or purchase Deepsight Resonance versions to unlock its crafting pattern.

As a Void weapon, Into the Abyss pairs exceptionally well with Void subclasses. Perks like Destabilizing Rounds directly apply Volatile, which can be enhanced by Void Aspects and Fragments (e.g., Echo of Instability).
