Obtaining Malice
Malice can be looted from Dror Ragzlin, one of the three True Soul leaders located in the Shattered Sanctum within the Goblin Camp during Act 1. Defeating him will allow you to acquire this weapon.
Strategic Use
Malice is particularly effective in the early to mid-game due to its +1 enchantment and the ability to consistently apply the Poisoned condition. The Poisoned condition gives targets Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and Ability Checks, making it a valuable debuff. Characters who can make multiple attacks per turn, such as Rogues or Fighters with dual-wielding, can maximize the uptime of the poison effect. Its Finesse property allows it to be used effectively by Dexterity-based characters.
