- Early Board Presence: Establish units on the field quickly to have targets for your boosts.
- Efficient Boost Mechanics: Include cards that provide significant stat increases or beneficial keywords at a reasonable cost.
- Protection: Safeguard your key boosted units from removal or disruption. This can include counter-spells, hexproof-like effects, or ways to regenerate/return units.
- Card Advantage & Consistency: Ensure you can draw into both your units and your boost effects reliably. Tutoring effects can also be valuable.
